The Change Your Money Story Journal is a Heart Mind Pathways companion to your Change Your Money Story assessment—designed to connect heart and mind for deeper transformation.

Inside, 25 thoughtfully crafted questions invite you to explore your relationship with money through reflection, memory, and emotional honesty.

  • Each question prompt provides you with space to answer on the page
  • You can also print the document for handwriting in the journal

Each prompt was designed by global anthropologist Carisa Carlton for Heart Mind Pathways, drawing from decades of research into cultural systems, financial identity, and human transformation.

For a personalized analysis of your answers & recommendations for a 30-day path of transformation, we recommend taking the Change Your Money Story assessment.

Once you purchase your downloadable journal:

  1. You will receive an email with a link to download (as shown in the image below).
  2. On your phone or tablet, you will be prompted to choose where to save the journal.
  3. As you answer questions, you will be able to save your work.

Take your time and reflect on your personal relationship with money and what changes, if any, you want to make.

I snagged the downloadable version for $3.99, a bargain next to the $25 hard copy on Amazon. Just got it today but solid prompts that make you stop and think hard about what you’re doing with your life—without being preachy or cheesy. The questions push you to reflect on your relationship with money in a way that feels real. I'm using it on my phone, which is great for quick notes whenever inspiration strikes. Only downside? A few prompts can feel similar if you took the assessment, but for 4 bucks, it’s tough to complain. If you’re looking for fast access and a cheap way to sort out your thoughts, this is worth a shot.
